EmailFirst

Terms of service

Last updated October 2026

These terms apply when you buy EmailFirst from Emailfirst Limited (company 14162647), trading as EmailFirst. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us before you sign up.

1. What we do

We check and sharpen your pitch, write an email sequence and a landing page for you, email the audience we agree with you each week, and send you a report of the people who engaged. Any extras you choose are listed when you pay.

2. Paying

The service is billed weekly in advance by card, through Stripe. One-off extras are charged once. Prices include any VAT that applies and are shown before you pay.

3. No contract, cancel any time

There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. The service carries on until the end of the week you have paid for and then stops, and you are not charged again.

4. Your part

You confirm that what you ask us to say about your business is true, that you are allowed to offer it, and that you will treat the people who reply to you fairly and lawfully. You approve the emails before they are sent.

5. Our part

We carry out the work with reasonable skill and care, follow UK rules on business email, and honour every opt-out. We cannot promise a particular number of replies or sales, because that depends on your offer and your market.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve weeks before the problem arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.

7. Changes

If we change these terms or our prices, we will tell you by email at least two weeks before the change applies, and you can cancel before then.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
